divis presents research results at the UKCI
Divis presents research results for CHEMAX project.
On this year’s UKCI (UK Workshop on Computational Intelligence), which took place at the University of Exeter from 7th-9th September, divis and their project partners presented their contribution to the CHEMAX project. The aim of this part of the project was to find a memetic algorithm for a derivative-free design optimization for chemical processes. The project partners were able to create such an algorithm and apply it to a real-world case study in the field of chemical engineering. The good results were presented and divis and their cooperation partners were honored with the best applications paper award.
